Opportunity:
As the Director/VP of Product. you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to build and launch a new product that changes the way millions create and consume sports content.
This is a rare opportunity to directly impact the future of sports media. You'll work closely with the Founding team to define the product, lead the day-to-day execution, and launch a major new product fast. Your work will go live to millions of people, and your success will open doors to grow inside and outside of the company.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to plan, build, and launch a new product.
Work with the Founding team to shape the product and roadmap.
Use metrics and analytics to make data-driven product decisions.
Talk to customers directly to learn valuable insights to build a better product.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specs, establish timelines, and meet deadlines.
Monitor product adoption, proactively identifying opportunities and making actionable recommendations to drive product uptake and effectiveness.
Share knowledge, learnings, and insights with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
5+ years experience building and managing successful consumer products.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers.
Strong communication, influence and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
You're analytical, and prefer to make data-driven (rather than gut) decisions.
You have an eye for good design and user experience.
Passion for empowering users with amazing and innovative products
B.S or Graduate Degree in Engineering or a quantitative field strongly preferred
