In tandem, the app's capabilities are offered as an SDK that empowers developers to integrate a powerful collaboration layer into their own mobile and web apps with as little as 10 lines of code.
Opportunity:-Partner facing, technical lead for ISV partner engagements-Understand partner technology/domain and uncover relevant use cases that drive value for the partner-Collaborate with partners on technical aspects of integrations and facilitate a Proof-of-Concept (POC)-Work as a "quasi-product manager" to design and wireframe embedded solution designs, including the scoping, planning and implementation-Provide technical solutions, in both web and mobile applications, in a variety of environments.-Function as the voice of the Partner and provide internal feedback to Sr. Staff on how the API and SDK platform can better serve our Partners-Work with business teams to provide sales and solution engineering support; present customer solutions and gather market requirements for future product releases.-Augment and assist the business development teamin strategic opportunities as needed, delivering demonstrations to new prospects and existing partners-Assist in the continual development of new demo scenarios and environments, that showcase the powerful embedded abilityof the company platform, and its application across a wide variety of industries-Be a quick learner and be highly adaptable as every partner anduse case is uniquely different-Passionate self-starter with good follow up and technical sales discipline-Evangelize the company's platform at various partner and industry forums-Care about and take pride in the quality of your work
Experience:-10+ years of Sales Engineering and/or Product Management and/or solution architect type experience.-Strong customer facing experience, communicating complex engineering concepts-Technically competent and hands on with the following:--Relevant practical experience or strong technical background; good understanding of SDK/API architecture.--Technical knowledge of web/scripting technologies, Web Services API,HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.--Proficient with mobile (iOS and Android) application development.-Experience with SaaS is a plus
Requirements:-Strong Presenter and communicator-Creativity and "out of the box" thinking-Ability to communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders and technical users.-Partner advocate-Understands and is sensitive to customer business requirements-Product and/or project management experience is a plus-Experience in large ISV industries like CRM, ERP, Field Services, Fintech, LMS etc. is a plus-Experience in platform evangelism is a big plus
