Our client is executing rapidly on its mission of "making all ground transportation safer using data and analytics" and is focused on building products to support the evolution of transportation.

Our client Senior Solutions Engineer is a member of the Business Development team responsible for educating, guiding, and supporting prospects as they integrate with our client's SDK into their applications. This important role is deeply involved in customer acquisition by building key relationships with executives and technical experts, and supporting our client's deployments. This is a technical role that collaborates closely with every team in the company- Business Development, Customer Success, Insurance, Product and Engineering.

Partner with the Business Development team from the beginning of a sales cycle to understand prospect's overall technology requirements and capabilities.

Manage and support the integration of our client's SDK into prospective customer applications. Collaborate with technical team members in San Francisco and in Bangalore to understand, debug, and resolve technical issues that may arise during the SDK pilot.

Act as the main point of contact for prospects and customers integrating for our client, which will ease time spent by both Product and Engineering team members.

Collect, organize and synthesize product feedback and provide ongoing reports to Product and Engineering to ensure future product development success.

Demonstrate leadership around building new internal processes with Business Development, Customer Success and our Insurance team to enhance the prospect and customer experience.

Our client's demos in a sales cycle to illustrate the benefits of using our client's technology.

-- Experience working closely with both highly technical as well as non technical prospects in a startup environment
-- 7+ years of relevant work experience helping enterprise SaaS companies integrate and deploy new technology
-- Experience developing on or working with mobile platforms, frameworks, and SDKs
-- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant area of study
-- Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment while managing multiple prospects and customers with a focus on high quality
-- Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 10%)
