We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our client's text analytics platform, which spans a wide range of natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and human languages, supporting both SaaS and on-premise deployments. You will be responsible for understanding current and prospective customers' needs and working with our engineering team to align what we're building with these needs.

We need a self-starter comfortable abstracting up and down, from strategy and vision, to nuts-and-bolts implementation, in order to get things done.

Respon sibilities:
Synthesize customer and prospect conversations into specific recommendations for improving and expanding our client's platform & core technology.

Define and analyze metrics to inform product strategy.

Establish shared vision with stakeholders across the company to build consensus on priorities.

Facilitate design discussions, collaborating with engineers to refine amorphous goals, break complex projects into milestones, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure deliverables actually solve customer problems.

Evangelize inside and outside the company.

Expectations:
Excellent product judgment: ability to understand customers' and markets' stated and unstated goals and needs, and translate these into product enhancements and features.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
Several years Product Management experience preferably building enterprise software.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and applied machine learning a plus.

Experience in international coordination in a high-performance environment a plus.
Located and authorized to work in the US ET time zone preferred.
