Opportunity:
You will help define the specifications and requirements of new features / change requests, manage the roadmap and priority allocation of development resources, lead sprint planning, assist in managing releases across multiple multi-tenant microservices, and participate broadly in areas from architecture to operations. Your passion and attention to detail will help identify and implement internal processes facilitating scale, efficiency and quality. Your innovative solutions to complex problems and/or market needs will materially impact the continued revenue growth. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, big-picture vision, and a passion for owning products all the way from ideation to post-launch.


Responsibilities:
-- Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications
-- Collaborate with finance, operations and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess cross-partner value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features
-- Own the feature set and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization
-- Anticipate market appetite and properly evaluate how new platform offerings best fit into a brimming roadmap
-- Prioritize and create detailed product specifications to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases
-- Ensure successful product rollouts by working cross-functionally with business development, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering
-- Work with engineering counterparts to architect and develop key system infrastructure including APIs, data models, and integrations
-- Ensure that roadmap and prioritization processes are well communicated and understood across the organization
-- Help as needed with technical project management.
-- Assist in the QA process by identifying key use cases and defining priority of any identified issues
-- Engage frequently with engineering and project management during implementation; be available to quickly answer questions that arise during implementation and to make scope tradeoff decisions
-- Manage the development of training materials and train users on new product features, support business users and translate feedback and needs into better product experience
-- Grow and manage a team to help you achieve the above, and implement/evolve processes as needed


Requirements:
-- A Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience as a product manager successfully shipping payments products; experience with financial reconciliation/settlement systems a plus
-- Thorough understanding of technologies and products required to bring global payments solutions to market at scale with emphasis on quality and integrity
-- Ability to define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans
-- Strong understanding of all aspects of agile product development and delivery
-- Deep experience with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
-- A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing and often conflicting priorities
-- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
-- Passion for great user experience, including the experience of internal operations and partner bank stakeholders
-- Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, API s, programming languages, and databases
-- Must be a self-motivated, goal oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
-- Product Management experience with scalable, performant and highly-available API based SaaS platforms
-- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with willingness to dive deep and interpret complex data
-- Exceptional at communicating with senior management as well as with colleagues from technical and -non-technical backgrounds
