Hundreds of schools express interest in their Premium service every week, and we re looking for an inside sales professional to understand our product inside and out, demonstrate its value to a variety of educational stakeholders, and convert interested parties into satisfied clients. To harness the massive demand, we re looking for an inspiring and motivated Sales Manager to expand our customer base and lead our sales team through rapid growth.
ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and manage a high-performing inside and field sales team members through mentorship, guidance and coaching, managing the sales pipelines and quotas.Be a player-coach; leverage an understanding of the needs of schools and districts to close strategic deals.Collaborate with Leadership team members to enhance the go-to-market strategy; work with Product and Leadership teams to refine market segmentation and messaging.Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, and the scrappiness necessary to succeed at a small company.Exemplify our client ?'s mission and values.
About you2+ years of sales management experience.4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.A proven track record of over performing in selling B2B SaaS products.Experience using Salesforce to optimize sales performance.You thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments.
