Opportunity:



As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Product and co-founders to build the product roadmap and help determine the company's future direction. Along the way, you'll work with team members from Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to build a product that clients and end users love.


In this role, you'll be managing both platform enhancements and new feature development, and will leverage your bias toward action to break down complex problems into steps that create product improvements at a rapid speed.


 


Responsibilities :



-Collaborate cross-functionally: You'll work with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, customers, and end users in more efficient and effective ways.
-Execute and build stuff: You'll work hands-on with design and engineering to bring product ideas to life, from concept to launch. You'll ruthlessly prioritize features based on impact and ROI.
-Champion users: You'll become an expert on our clients and end users, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to synthesize product requirements that enhance user satisfaction.
-Be data-driven: Define, track, and analyze metrics that inform the success of our product, including KPIs and A/B tests.
-Help us compete: Maintain product and market knowledge to determine strategic and competitive position and identify opportunities to incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.


 


Experience/Skills:



-The ability to balance many projects simultaneously and ruthlessly prioritize your time and energy.
-Experience working with a software engineering team from concept to launch.
-Strong product management skills, including most importantly the ability to differentiate between building what is asked for and what is truly needed.
-Experience working closely with design teams and delivering delightful user experiences.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a passion for serving customer needs.
-Familiarity with customer research methodologies (e.g. customer interviews, surveys, A/B testing, usability testing).
-A strong motivation to make a positive impact on the world and help people build meaningful connections and achieve their goals through mentorship.
