Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an innovative product management leader with a passion for customer needs, a desire to develop and launch industry leading products and an interest in all things data. This person will be responsible for managing the delivery of core analytics and reporting applications, developing product requirements with customers, and working directly with data scientists and engineers to define and deliver solutions. You should be very familiar with modern analytics tools and data platform technologies.


Additionally, as a key spokesperson for your products you must be comfortable engaging with customers, partners and internal teams in both small and large group settings.


Responsibilities:
-- Drive analytics product development and execution for our client leading a squad of cross-functional dedicated resources
-- Partner with Data Science, Engineering and Business Stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that delivers value and positive outcomes to our customers and our client.
-- Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases
-- Articulate the vision and strategy of our analytics product in a consumable way for all of our client s team with consistent execution against that strategy
-- Define the success metrics of our analytics product and measuring these metrics to drive iterative investments
-- Interact with partners, customers and prospects to define market requirements and well defined use cases for analysts, data scientists and software engineers to drive the ideation and development of new analytics capabilities
-- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, partners, support etc. to develop product collateral such as product descriptions, presentations, sales tools for a strong go-to-market and customer support plan


Requirements:
-- 7+ years of Product Management experience
-- Understanding of MVP and strong belief in lean product development methodologies
-- Ability to work cross-functionally in a product management team and influence others within the company and outside
-- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
-- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
-- Experience building SaaS platform services and/or big data analytics solutions is desired.
-- Understanding of technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
-- MS degree in a social science or technology-related field


Bonus points for:
-- Experience in Data Discovery or Automated Analytics Applications
-- Background in statistical data modeling, designing ETL / data pipeline solutions, and working directly with data
-- Experience in payments and / or FinTech products
