5+ years of management level experience with substantial individual contributor experience as a software developer prior to moving into management.
Extensive experience with developing and delivering scalable, enterprise SaaS solutions.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent people management and leadership skills, and a consistent track record of mentoring and coaching engineers.
