Our client helps millions of students improve their writing skills using their adaptive curriculum, and their free version has spread to 1 in 2 school districts in the US. Hundreds of schools express interest in their Premium service every week, and we re looking for an inside sales professional to understand our product inside and out, demonstrate its value to a variety of educational stakeholders, and convert interested parties into satisfied clients.Key ObjectivesHire, manage, and develop a fast-growing team of SMB and Enterprise CSM ?'s.
Lead your team to deliver outstanding experiences that drive strong renewals, upsells, adoption and references
Become the primary leadership contact post-sales for enterprise deals.
Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Measure effectiveness of Customer Success programs through metrics, dashboards and operational reviews.
Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our customers.
Ensure all customers have a clearly defined value proposition and are measuring benefits.
About YouYou have 7+ years of account management experience in a SaaS organization.
You have 5+ years of management experience.
You have a deep understanding of account management processes for customers of all sizes; enterprise, mid-market, and SMB.
You have a track record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success.
You have familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets.
You enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team.
You re outgoing, organized, creative, and tenacious in making a difference for our customers.
You want to work at a mission-oriented startup with a talented team.
