We are looking for a self-motivated Director of Business Unit Field Operations to run Business Unit Field Operations worldwide. This role will be responsible for partnering with Business Unit and Sales leadership to develop accurate forecasting & pipeline measures, build strong relationships across field leadership and other cross-functional departments to influence decision making, drive process optimization and overall salesforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Optimization of the sales and PS forecasting process so that it accurately predicts future performance. Ensure that forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.

Partner with field leadership to drive field performance and identify opportunities for sales and PS process improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Work closely with Executive Field Leadership in preparing executive management presentations of sales & PS performance and key performance measurement indicators.

Manage & prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.

Cross functional collaboration with other groups such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services in achieving the company's business objectives.

Partner with HR, Field & PS leadership to define, implement, and manage field commission plans, including any special incentives that drive intended field behavior.

Develop and maintain group dashboards, recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

Manage Field Operations M&A integration efforts.

Build strong relationships across field leadership and related business partners to influence decision making and foster strong cross-functional relationships.

Manage, develop and mentor the Field Operations team, including global team members.

Ability to identify and develop people, processes, & systems that contribute to enhanced productivity and performance.

Tool Savvy - i.e., Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Marketo and other field productivity tools.

Change agent and problem solver.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Education and Experience

Undergraduate degree in Business, Master's degree a plus.

10+ years of combined experience in a sales, sales support, or sales operations role at a software tech company (SaaS experience preferred), with at least 2+ years' experience managing a team.

Strong M&A integration experience.

Excellent business process skills. experience.

Direct sales experience a plus.

Proven experience working in a high growth, fast-paced organization.

Track record of working with all levels of sales reps and executives.

Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications.
