This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing company with an open and collaborative work environment.About the Role:The Advertising Operations Manager will be focused on maintaining data integrity, managing automated processes and executing marketing initiatives across departments. The right person for this role is meticulous and takes a proactive approach to optimizing existing processes. This position will report to the COO and will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing lead flow to sales, along with providing campaign support for content, product marketing, and the channel sales team.Responsibilities:
-Drive all social media efforts.
-Ensure that lead routing, scoring and data appending processes in marketing automation are functioning in accordance with business objectives.
-Support content, product, and retention marketing initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and events through process automation (building email programs, tagging leads for sales follow-up, campaign-specific routing) and reporting on program performance (email engagement, new leads, pipeline and revenue generated/influenced).
-Maintain data integrity to ensure compliance, email deliverability and ability to segment and serve personalized content through a variety of content types.
-Monitor uptime for all marketing systems and manage external resources to troubleshoot and resolve any marketing system down time.Requirements:
-Hands on Programmatic advertising experience.-Social Media Marketing (Facebook or LinkedIn) experience.-1+ years of experience with Marketo (or similar marketing platforms).-Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.-Highly self-motivated and always looking for opportunities to optimize automated processes.COMPENSATION
$60-$85k D.O.E., equity.
