Own commercial relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, satisfaction and growthDevelop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacyUnderstand and help establish customer goals, or other key performance indicators and work with Client Service Managers to aid the customer in achieving their goalsWork to identify and/or develop upsell opportunitiesGenerate leads for Account ExecutivesAdvocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentallyConduct quarterly business reviews with the Client Services ManagerManage account escalations
