Our client grew out of the Harvard Innovation Lab. They develop cognitive training technology products and apply their expertise in machine learning, design, and neuroscience to create innovative cognitive-based applications.

Role:
You'll be on the front lines hunting for their new customers and growing their existing client base. You'll use your consulting skills to identify customer challenges and provide solutions with our products and services. You'll use your passion and drive to deliver solutions that will amaze their customers.

You re relentless about cold and warm calling to make sales and keep customers happy. You re comfortable speaking, influencing, and negotiating with all different types of people and you know how to adapt your style to the situation. At the end of the day you want to make a difference and that is the hallmark of your sales approach.


Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads
- Help customers fall in love with their product and services
- Close sales and agreements
- Follow up to make sure their customers stay happy - and see where else they can help
- Forecast sales and track progress
- Ensure customers are trained on purchased products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ more years of work experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Education Sales (STEM preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- The drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets
- Experience working with technology in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence through relationships, expertise and information
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adjust your message to suit the audience
- Experience selling to the education space
- Background with STEM
