This allows businesses to target, engage, convert and retain the customers only that matter most to their bottom line.Job Opportunity:The Account Director, Media Sales will play a critical role in developing strategic sales plans and generating revenue to help support the company's triple digit growth rate. As a part of executing company targeted ad campaigns, the Account Director will assume leadership responsibility in driving sales progress, building consensus with complex accounts and producing results on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities Identify and manage selling activities for key advertising accounts in a specific geography delivering subscription revenue against monthly, quarterly and annual targets Understand your customer's marketing and advertising strategies to develop the highest impact plan for adopting targeted ad technology Accurately project and report on advertising revenue Act as B2B advertising expert both for clients and internally Consult with advertisers on campaign planning and proactively provide advertisers with campaign updates and reporting Contribute insight internally to help continually improve advertising offerings Develop a consistent schedule of in-person meetings with key clients Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to identify prospective clients Utilize established relationships to bring in new opportunitiesQualifications 7+ years digital advertising direct sales experience consistently over achieving quota 3+ years experience selling digital advertising to B2B clients Strategic Thinking: Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible pain points and implicit needs Communication: Tailors communication to the customer's needs with confidence; effectively delivers "memorable" presentations leveraging storytelling skills Networking: Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with internal team for deal success Bachelor's degree in business or a related field requiredBenefits:The benefits include 100% paid for Medical, Dental and Vision for you and your entire family, 100% paid for short-term and long-term disability, 100% paid for life insurance, 401k, commuter benefits, free snacks, catered lunch every Friday, Pinot Noir Fridays, and much more!
