They empower their customers to securely unlock value from previously untouchable data, while ensuring that no data can be exposed or exploited.Our client is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations manager to join their growing go to market team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Ops Manager will manage and administer the company ?'s Salesforce and HubSpot instances. This team member will fill a key hire in the organization, working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams with a 100% focus on enabling lead generation growth and sales execution. The ideal hire will simultaneously be comfortable with fingers on keyboards ? get it done now duties as well as setting processes and strategies for long term success of these organizations.
Administer Salesforce and HubSpot for the company be the go-to for anything within these critical systems.
Collaborate on driving opportunities into the pipeline, deal tracking and closure.
Be the glue that holds marketing and sales teams and systems together.
On the Sales Side:
o Develop core sales processes including MQL/SQL conversion, assignment of leads to Account Executives by region/vertical, sales stages, etc.
o Develop sales reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
o Help maintain and improve the quality of our data, ensuring connection to marketing and potential data enrichment tooling.
o Support Account Executives with captures of leads, notes, emails, etc be the enforcer such that no lead or note is left out!
o Ensure data hygiene.
On the Marketing side:
o Reporting on leads and how they flow into HubSpot and on to sales.
o Overseeing and managing the lead scoring process.
o Design and implement marketing automation workflows.
o Collaborate on the design, implementation and optimization of demand generation programs, including, but not limited to, email marketing, webinars, collateral production, customer stories and other B2B marketing strategies.
o Ensure data hygiene.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant sales ops or marketing ops experience. Bonus if you ve worked in both sides.
Admin experience in at least one of either HubSpot or Salesforce.
Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills, creating new reports or workflows for driving outcomes.
Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations and sustainable processes.
Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision making skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills.
Fast-learner, organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail.
