We are seeking a successful Enterprise Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate their ability to uncover new business in a competitive market through a tightly managed sales process and target strategy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with your internal resources to build qualified pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota
Develop strategies and orchestrate company resources to maximize sales volume and profit goals within assigned account base
Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of partners & alliance partners within the same accounts
Build and maintain executive level relationships in assigned territory, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
Generate appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management
Lead a virtual team of Business Development Reps and Solution Specialists to prepare territory plans and account strategies aligned with overall company objectives
Manage business through SFDC with all sales activity metrics and pipeline management updated on an ongoing basis
Communicate widely with internal stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years experience selling to global enterprise customers working on deal sizes of high six figures and greater
Experience in the Security market is important; you need to be passionate about our product and our market
Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
Strong relationships with senior level security professionals
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Driven to succeed
Strong attention to detail
Tenacity, independence and ambition are the attributes required to make this role your own
