#23509: Product Manager PaymentsLocation: San Francisco, CACompany:Our client is building a B2B labor marketplace that connects construction companies with relevant, vetted subcontractors and workers, connecting them in a matter of in minutes and providing simplify bidding and payment to increase trust and transparency for both parties.Opportunity:As the Product Manager for Payments, you'll be focused on building features that radically improve the E2E payments experience for both contractors & subcontractors on our platform. This is a rare opportunity to impact not just the future of our client, but to also re-invent how payments are made across an entire industry. You'll work closely with the CEO to define the product, lead the day-to-day execution, and launch a major new features fast.Responsibilities:-- Driving definition, product roadmap and long term vision for payments & the monetization of our platform.-- Building strong incentives for both sellers and buyers to transact on platform.-- Driving new feature development from start to finish. Working cross functionally with engineering, design, operations and growth to gain a deep understanding of the business.-- Sketching rough wireframes and mockups to quickly communicate the conceptual customer experience and working with designers to deliver the final product.-- Running user research, talking to customers and using data-driven experiments to inform product direction-- Researching and understanding regulations and other industry constraints.Requirements:-- BS in Computer Science or related technical field-- You have at least five years of product development experience, with a few specifically in product management-- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. Previous online payment or fintech experience a bonus.-- You love the idea of shaking things up in a gigantic market-- You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details-- You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means testing early product builds or hunting down the root cause of a user's frustration-- You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-- Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude
