Our client's platform is designed to empower schools everywhere to offer personalized, whole-child learning for each student, and to enable teachers to truly understand each child both deep and wide ?'so they can develop a learner-centric environment that helps each child thrive.Opportunity:The Head of District Partnerships will cultivate, develop, and support successful partnerships with public school districts aligned to our learner-centric vision. These partnerships include collaboration with key district leaders, engagement with school boards and community stakeholders, and direct support for educators as they implement our client's learning platform. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring that our client and their partners deliver on our mission: to enable all students to reach their potential.Responsibilities:-- With support from the Partner Team, develop a robust pipeline of district partners to grow District business line.-- Manage the process to establish and support successful district partnerships, starting with comprehensive needs assessments and due diligence, continuing to implementation planning and execution, and culminating in results measurement and renewal.-- Recruit, hire, direct, and manage a team of District Success Leads, starting with 1-2 hires for 2018.-- Deliver annual results across academic / non-academic measures, retention rates, and revenue targets.-- In collaboration with senior leaders, craft long-term District strategy for our client's platform-- Contribute thought-leadership to ongoing platform development by surfacing customer needs, gaps in product, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:-- Passion for empowering educators and commitment to our learner-centric vision.-- Track record of success driving positive change in public school districts, particularly working as a teacher and administrator.-- Deep knowledge of and experience with innovative school models and progressive instructional practices.-- Experience leading teams of direct reports and contributors to achieve ambitious results.-- Broad mix of skills across education, business, and technology to collaborate across the org and drive business line growth and success.-- Evidence of resilience, flexibility, and a growth-mindset to thrive in a start-up environment.-- Experience with software solutions in education environments a plus.-- EdD, Phd, or MBA preferred.Contact:Walker CrossExecutive RecruiterRedfish TechnologyO: (208)788-8260
