Working with stakeholders from across the company, as well as partners in the industry, you will organize the best of our existing training resources, and evolve it into a comprehensive resource set serving customers at all levels of expertise and all levels of our customer organizations.This is the first hire for the emerging Customer Training department, and requires a self-starter who knows how to deliver supremely polished results using tools of their own design. You will need a startup-centric mindset with an enterprise standard of excellence as you build out a best-in-class customer training program that drives successful outcomes for our customers and thought-leadership in the marketplace.The ideal candidate for this position will be a veteran training professional with hands-on skills, willingness to travel and get in front of customers, and the experience to lay a solid foundation of training resources on which we can quickly build and scale.Responsibilities:-Conceive and plan overall customer training strategy, both short-term and long-term
-Develop and deliver training programs for customers both live and remotely
-Aggregate and produce training assets from existing and new resources
-Recommend, procure, and implement a Learning Management System
-Produce, edit, and publish videos, documents, and other training media
-Hire and grow customer training organization to scale
-Coordinate third-party partnerships in the delivery of training servicesDesired Skills and Experience:-BA or BS degree, preferably in a business or technology field
-10+ years in a technology training role
-Prior management experience in a training role
-Practical knowledge of current learning management systems and related technologies
-Experience directing outside resources such as freelancers or agencies for customer engagements
