Our client provides B2B marketers with intuitive prospect database enrichment using over 150+ data signals to give businesses greater insights into their current prospects, and easy to implement micro-targeting strategies for prospective new customers. Their goal is to consistently provide their clients with a predictable channel of SQLs and optimize their demand generation efforts.
Opportunity
The Director of Customer Success collaborates with key stakeholders and will oversee paid media campaigns including strategic planning, competitive research, campaign creation, reporting and analysis for B2B Advertisers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing client relationships, as well as developing and managing paid media plans that meet and/or exceed a client's business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with AppNexus, MediaMath, or similar.
Experience managing & mentoring an in-house Customer Success Team.
Ability to manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting.
Ready and excited to join an early-stage startup.
B2B Marketing Experience a plus; familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Pardot.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage & build out the Customer Success team.
Launch and monitor digital media campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed.
Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance.
Work to adequately measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing. benchmarks and recommending improvements for future campaigns.
Work to optimize and improve processes and procedures for managing client relationships, launching new campaigns, and enhancing client service.
Oversee the company's overall digital account management strategy, optimization, etc.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Agency advertising experience.
Experience with B2B Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising.
Experience in actively managing social media paid advertising campaigns.
Proficient in programmatic advertising.
Strong, professional verbal communication skills.
Excellent writing and strategic content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities and time management.
Ability to identify new ways to leverage online media to advertise and generate leads
Innovative thinker, collaborative team player and strong communicator.
