Education technology is increasingly fragmented across various applications, software, and services. This undermines the utility of technology for educators, leading to cognitive overload, frustration, and ultimately, rejection. Our client is building a classroom system helping teachers integrate content, curriculum, communication and analytics.Opportunity:Our client has experienced rapid, organic growth catalyzed by word-of-mouth teacher referrals. We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to help us build on our organic growth. To this end, you will work closely with product designers and engineers to create dynamic, data-driven automations and marketing campaigns. To be successful, you will need to be agile and creative about bringing new products to market, and have a strong vision for how to define and measure success. We're looking for a natural collaborator who is relentlessly focused on building long-term value for school systems around the world.Responsibilities:-- User growth & demand generation: Lead / execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and experiments, including paid social, mobile, and events to drive user acquisition-- Reporting / funnels: Build demand generation forecast models and measure performance against forecast, improving model over time. Present results to senior management.-- Marketing operations: Build the tech stack foundation to track core marketing metrics and understand program spend effectiveness through multi-channel attribution-- Email marketing: Roll out email automation and CRM, develop strategy, execute email nurture campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and retentionRequirements:-- Experience defining and measuring funnel and customer success metrics, running A/B tests-- Experience implementing marketing automation, CRM, analytics software (i.e. HubSpot, Marketo, Active Campaign, Salesforce)-- A data-driven mindset and exceptional Excel skills-- Exceptional written communication skills across a wide range of media-- Experience of working in agile or cross-functional teams-- 3+ years experience marketing consumer products across the customer lifecycle, including new product launches-- 3+ years experience of multi-channel and content marketing, including social media, email, search and mobile-- Willingness to roll your sleeves up, get into it, and execute (no room for "strategy-only" applicants)Contact:Walker CrossExecutive RecruiterRedfish TechnologyO: (208)788-8260E: Walker[at]redfishtech[dot]com
