By utilizing the Bitcoin network and the Blockchain payment rail, customers can save around half the cost and relay payments in half the time, relative to the legacy cross-border payments system. In addition, customers gain greater transparency of payment movement, a significant pain point felt by SMBs using the legacy payments system that's assuaged partly by the public nature of the blockchain.Job Opportunity: As the Customer Success Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new users, customers and prospects. Working closely with our Marketing and Business Solutions teams, you will use your strong communication skills and technical know-how to wow Business, Corporate and Enterprise customers as you help them complete their first series of money service transactions on the online payments platform.The ideal candidate is experienced in financial services, foreign exchange, payments and remittance SaaS platforms, loves helping customers, and is comfortable with technical SaaS financial services solutions. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric orientation are required. Become a platform domain expert. Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the transacting and onboarding process. Work closely with clients and their tech teams to fully integrate into their payments tech stack. Walk through and train clients in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the payment transaction process. Track and hit key transacting milestones.Qualifications 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS or financial services company Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Critical thinking and proven complex problem solving skills required. Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty. Four year business degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Background in financial services, foreign exchange, payments, money transmission/services, credit card processing, or remittances is a requirement.
