You will develop a strong working relationship with all field recruiters playing a key role in weekly meetings to discuss top of funnel metrics. This is an unique opportunity to standout in an already busy market with our brand and buy in from internal executive management. Responsibilities: Negotiate a minimum 21 new contracts every 3 months Negotiate on behalf of Redfish and increase the amount of quality contracts Build amazing relationships with hiring managers Understand the Redfish technical offering Understand the Redfish technical candidate profile At least 60 outreach attempts per day Approach appointments like you own your own business. Every conversation you have will require your full attention. Write down 15 intelligent questions you'll ask every prospect. Practice incorporating the questions into a conversation.
