Our client gives students an audience for their work beyond the classroom and offers parents a personalized window into their child's learning.Job Opportunity: With prior success in a sales or related role under your belt - and ideally, familiarity with the K-12 education ecosystem - you are ready to tackle a full cycle inside sales role, helping schools and districts the world over upgrade to our clients's premium service for Schools. Leveraging your persistence, excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and a genuine excitement and empathy for innovative education practices, you will be responsible for maximizing the opportunity presented by concentrated usage of their free app as well as a steady flow of inbound interest in our clients premium service for Schools - understanding, educating, nurturing, and signing up hundreds of accounts.Requirements:--Has 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a high-volume inside sales setting (even better, selling into K-12!).--Understands how schools and the people that work in them operate.--Has fantastic written and interpersonal communication skills.--Listens deeply and strives fully to understand and address customers' questions - as well as the vision or concerns behind those questions.--Is friendly, empathetic, and enjoys connecting with people.--Is at ease with technology, and loves learning (or designing!) new tools and processes to make us better/faster/smarter.--Is extremely detail oriented and well organized; borderline obsessive about not letting things slip through the cracks.--Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.Contact:Walker CrossExecutive RecruiterRedfish Technology O: (208)788-8620E: Walker@redfishtech.com
