What You'll Do


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are in charge of the digital marketing experience both at the corporate and the product levels, as well as online lead generation activities for our industry-leading, multimedia management solutions.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations, you'll work with the global marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies, content and campaigns across AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC.


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of content and campaign fulfillment, including content and creative development, media buying, testing, implementation, tracking, optimization and reporting. The right candidate will have a true passion for digital media, creative skills and excellent grasp of the performance-based marketing industry.


Responsibilities:
-Manage the company's online presence through owned, paid and earned media.
-Execute digital B2B marketing initiatives from the definition of objectives, target
audiences, creative assets, timeline, tracking, ROI, optimization and reporting.
-Lead the company's email & social marketing efforts.
-Develop winning search engine strategies, both paid and organic.
-Analyze marketing data and traffic to measure results and identify improvements.
-Research, identify & test new online marketing channels to drive traffic and revenue.
-Take a lead role in the evaluation and implementation new marketing tools and services (Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead nurturing...).


Requirements:
-Degree in business/marketing, ideally with engineering background.
-Hands on experience with digital, content and/or performance marketing.
-Self-starter who can work independently, but also collaborate with the broader team.
-Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail and ability to drive projects.
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
-Understanding of B2B enterprise software audience is a plus.
-Experience with the following platforms and tools will be considered as a plus:
-CMS systems such as Drupal and/or frameworks such as Bootstrap.
-Web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
-Mailing platforms such as CampaignMonitor.
-Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot or Adobe Marketing.
-Digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords.
-Social media advertising/promotion tools.
-CRM.
